Chad Landry comes to us from the Adirondack Mountains where he worked with his father at their family-owned logging business in Tupper Lake, New York. Chad learned about hard work at an early age—spending weekends and days off from school with his father learning how to harvest lumber and manage timberlands.
More recently, Chad turned his love for working in the woods into a new career at Christmas & Associates. Chad enjoys talking to people about land and is especially skilled at advising customers about the value of timber on their property. Chad’s background is also helpful when he works with customers to choose a site for building a cabin or the best location to locate a driveway. Chad’s early years in the woods also make him pretty skilled at spotting wildlife, so you won’t miss much if you are out walking land with Chad.
When Chad isn’t showing land to customers, he enjoys the outdoors and can be found riding a four-wheeler or a snowmobile in his free time. Chad’s favorite part about working for Christmas & Associates is meeting new people and talking with them about their hopes and dreams for buying NY land.
