The sleeping area has a bunk bed and two twins. Outdoors is a generator shed, outhouse and a firepit. The all-wooded acreage has a small stream running through and the property is located close to the 125,000-acre Wilcox Lake state forest for hunting, hiking, paddling and fishing. The land also offers direct access to snowmobile trails. Located near Stony Creek and the Hudson River, the camp is also near the Great Sacandaga Lake and only a half hour from Lake George.

Taxes are $793.11 per year. All the dollar amounts posted for property taxes are estimated annually.
