It’s also just a short drive to Oneida Lake, the Salmon River, and Lake Ontario—making it a perfect (and affordable!) base camp for hunters, snowmobilers, and nature lovers alike.

Taxes are based on the tax rate multiplied by each $1,000 of assessed value.
