As a recreational land company, Christmas & Associates offers everything from raw NY land to camp shells to completely turnkey cabins, depending on your needs. Whether you're looking for a finished getaway cabin or a rustic hunting camp, we help you choose the right land parcel then connect you to the right professionals to get the job done.
Christmas & Associates, Inc. offers a variety of NY cabin construction services. We help you stake out the camp site, clear the land to prep for construction, secure the necessary building permits and then our camp crew finishes the job. Along the way, we work closely with you to coordinate project items that we don't ourselves cover, such as driveway work and power, well and septic system installation.
Our Camp Crew includes skilled carpenters and tradesmen, experienced in building rustic structures in the Tug Hill and Adirondack Mountains. And for help in securing the land to build on, we employ licensed Land Specialists who are experienced in recreational real estate, financing, woods travel, camp building, outdoor sports and forestry. They know every inch of our properties and the regions we cover.
