Christmas & Associates, Inc. offers a large variety of construction services for land and camps. In response to the many requests we have had over the years, we can now build camps on lands already purchased, as well as offer many other construction items such as out buildings, garages, and other projects. In addition, we continue to build a variety of projects using hand-sawn, native lumber products.

Constructed of natural materials that stand up to Adirondack weather, your cabin will be built to order as shell construction and closed in with four windows and a door. We offer two siding options: Board on Board and Board and Batten. Green metal roofing with 1" x 6" purlins protects the vented roof. Walls are exposed studs and the interior is ready for your own personal touches. In addition, we offer a variety of options for maximum livability and comfort.

Choose from two types of construction:

Standard stick-built: We use lumber and materials from a local lumberyard. Typically can be ready within one week of start date.

Native material: We harvest and handsaw trees in rough-cut, full-size thicknesses for a heartier appearance. Can be built within approximately four to six weeks.

This model is becoming very popular. A porch extends off the gable end, with extra storage area over the porch area.

Ideal for those who want a little more than the standard camp. We build this model in one size only - 20' X 28'. Includes a full wraparound porch on two sides and a large loft area. This cabin has 560 square feet of living space (not including loft and porches). Offered at $44,900. It is fast becoming a popular choice among larger families. (NOTE: Available only with shingled roof.)

Christmas & Associates is now accepting orders for the new Adirondack Post & Beam Barn - essential for any landowner looking for additional storage. It is newly built using post and beam construction, metal roofing, standard windows and Adirondack-style siding. The Adirondack Post & Beam Barn is perfect for storing snowmobiles, ATVs, vehicles, hunting equipment and camp gear, and will complement any camp, log cabin or country home... or box in the floor and add a woodstove for a nice camp.

NEW AND IMPROVED - Step back in time with this Traditional Adirondack Lean-to with a modern twist. We put our heads together to come up with a design for a sturdy, rock-solid, rustic camp that we could offer at an unbelievable, very affordable price! Constructed of the same natural materials as our other cabins, this newest model is fully enclosed with a side door and three large windows to allow for ample, natural light. Camp is constructed with Adirondack style siding and a shingled roof. Built to last and perfect for the sportsman!

Another cabin that is rapidly gaining popularity is our Deer Hunter's Lodge. Built in the same basic design as our Classic and Hemlock cabins but a little more simplistic in style which allows us to pass a price savings to our customers. The Deer Hunter's Lodge is structured with a shed roof extending off the gable end thus providing shelter to the "porch sitters".

The Autumn Lodge is a variation of our Wraparound Cabin. Enjoy an early morning cup of coffee on the roomy wraparound porch with this new design. The loft extends over the gable end of the porch thus providing an additonal 8' of interior loft space. Available with steel roofing. Price includes 10 windows and 2 doors.

Post and Log Railings - Our standard camps have square stock post and railings. Adirondack balsam can be installed for an additional cost.

Additional Standard Windows - Prior to construction, additional windows may be ordered.

Metal Roofing - Our standard camp has green metal roofing using 1 x 6 purlins. Asphalt 20-year standard shingles can be installed for an additional cost.

In-Floor Insulation - As another option, the underside of the camp floor can be insulated using 2" ridge foam insulation between floor beams.

Roof and Wall Insulation - Ask a sales representative for details.

Porch Spindles - To enhance the appearance of the porch, spindles can be added.

Log Siding - can be substituted for an additional fee.
