Pete Martino - Sales Executive - NY & Western U.S.

Pete is the first person in our company to work with folks across the country from here in New York, Colorado and Montana. He has worked with his usual great enthusiasm to help a wide range of people realize their dream of owning property in the beautiful woodlands of upstate New York as well as the wide open spaces of Montana and the Colorado Rockies. Pete is an expert in learning the needs of our customers. He understands the peace and quiet of "camp life" that is so sought after here in rural New York and is also an expert at selecting the best areas to hunt elk, ride horses and enjoy ranch life out west. Marc Christmas - Sales Specialist - NY & Western U.S.

Growing up with Dan Christmas, Marc knew what an acre of land looked like before most kids could read or write.  With his dad by his side, he spent years learning and crafting his woodsman skills to that of the old-fashioned Adirondack wood cutters.  His strong work ethic stems partly from the lessons learned while working in the woodlands and his respect for the land remains rock solid. With his dad, he marked boundaries, worked in the woods, traveled to board meetings and sat at numerous kitchen table discussions about great tracts of land. He has hunted, fished, canoed and camped most of his life. John Hill - Sales Specialist - NY & Western U.S.

As an active land woodsman in NY and Montana, John has always been one of the top performers and leads by example. He is fair, candid, and has exceptional work ethic. His optimism and love of the outdoors is infectious and his attitude is always the most positive.
As an avid outdoorsman, John enjoys hunting, fishing, ATV-ing and snowmobiling throughout upstate New York and the Adirondacks. With his knowledge of the woods and his "folksy" way, he could easily be a guide or outfitter, but fortunately for us... he's chosen to guide all of you to your dream property. Dave Cox - Sales Specialist - NY

Dave was born and raised right here in Central NY and thus, has an intimate knowledge of the area, the people, and the abundance of recreational opportunities. He is charismatic, optimistic and has an infectious sense of humor.  When Dave isn't showing land, he is hard at work on his sprawling Quarter Horse Farm. His horsemanship skills include expert roping, riding and training. He is no stranger to a "farmer's tan" and long days of hard work.  Dave is a lot of fun to be around which is why he is always a favorite with folks coming to look at land. Bob Steria - Sales Specialist - NY

Bob is the newest addition to our sales team.  As Bob puts it, he was raised in an environment with a lot of freedom. The freedom came in the form of privacy with acreage and a family sawmill business. The business was part time, so he generally worked in the evenings after school and sports. Exposure to long days and hard work came at a young age. Growing up in this type of atmosphere gave Bob the drive to pursue a career in forestry. His love for the outdoors coupled with his strong work ethic has given him the opportunity to work extensively in the forestry business while gaining valuable land experience and expertise. We, along with our customers, are fortunate to have the benefit of that experience. Bob was also introduced to hunting at an early age which as become a passion of his. He has been married for 15 years to a wonderful woman and has two great kids. His goal in life is to put God first, then his family - with the idea of making every day better than the one before.
